Sustainable Directions Pty Ltd was established in 2008 to provide online ENVIRO & SAFETY learning resources to the early learning sector.
Our aim is to equip Early Childhood Educators with the necessary skills and knowledge to create a safe and sustainable learning environment for children in their care.
Small Safe Steps Program
The Small SAFE Steps program is an online Safety program for early childhood services that will help meet WHS obligations to minimise the risk of injury to staff, volunteers and contractors.
The program also provides all the resources and tools required to establish a safe environment for children in your care. Certificates are issued in the name of the Centre.
Other short courses available for educators include Fire & Emergency training and WHS training.
Training to build a Mentally Healthy Workplace
WeCARE is an award winning learning campaign designed to be implemented across your entire organisation, taking a local leader led approach, enabling team members to show they care and know how to approach and support their colleagues.
It begins with a 20-minute eLearning course, and is amplified by a Guidebook, poster, moodometer wallet card and just-in-time help sheets.
